I think wounding the scalp and then applying Acell would only make the wound heal quicker, i don’t think it would help hair growth unless the wound went right down to the follicle.
Dermabrasion (not merely just microdermabrasion) already hits the upper parts of the follicles.
This is how all the wounding/regrowth issues are working, be it Folica or anything else. The follicle extends something like 4mm down. Dermabrasion knocks off the first 1mm of skin layer.
