Hello,
I am Dr. Harpreet, patient care counsellor for Dr. A’s Clinic. I shall help answer your questions & post various results of interesting patient’s cases.

Its been around 4 months since i joined the clinic. Interesting 4 months that have broaden my horizon. Let me show you around my place of work.

That there is the reception. Vandana takes the phone calls and answers the initial questions, sets up walk in consult timings.

That is Varsha. She has working for past almost 6 years. She handles the patient questions, scheduling, hotel transfers, medicines etc.

Thats Ms. Sunita. She is incharge of HT schedulings, airport transfers, any logistics requirements. If you need an early date, or are stuck up at the airport, she is the one who you get in touch with.

I sense that taking the step of going to a clinic to meet complete strangers to talk about hairloss can be difficult for some. So, I will put some of the faces that you may have talked to.

Dr. Sangay is very much at the clinic. She & Dr. Ruby also perform hair transplants at the clinic.
Including me & Dr. A, there are 4 doctors here.

No chance of that. :slight_smile: Each doctor undergoes rigorous training and observation.

One doctor does only one patient a day. Thats a strict rule. Quality of the results is given immense importance.
