I think its all depends on who you get to the work, look at this guy for example, was pretty bald, had only 3500 grafts, and the results are amazing.
Always remember there are no guarantees- That being said most people can be improved greatly by the right doctor. But again no refunds or guarantees- This is surgery and the HT industry as a whole is not one that is well respected. Buyer beware and do plenty of research otherwise you will have a lifetime of problems and anguish.

Pats, your result looks great. It looks like your crown filled in a lot prior to your second operation, but no grafts were placed there during the first operation. Did you start propecia around the time of the first transplant?
» ok i have already had 900fuht and 4300 Fue and the results:
»
» 70% less than convenient than expectations based on photos shared from etc
» etc . by convenient i mean, the term used by the doctors that the patient
» should not expect really good results .
»
» well, i can say this, with 5000 grafts, i feel horrible and i know they
» probably can squeeze another 5000
» from there and still they wouldn t be able to get me back to norwood 3 or
» 4.
»
» By the way , i would say i am norwood 5 heading to 6 if i hadn’t had the
» procedures done to me.
»
» i look in the forum , see pics in clinics website and there s a big
» difference from what i c and what’s sitting there on the top of my head.
»
» and i know i’m dragging myself down the slaughter house because i cant
» stop , otherwise my transplant would be more visible.
»
» so what’s goin on? they give you hope but in reality they make you
» miserable and dependent on them
» they charge you a lot of money for yet a far from a sophisticated
» technology
Plz post some latest pics!!
quarterhead, I am a bit confused by your post, I clicked on your link and the result (based on what you have shown) looks good to me.

I had 500 grafts placed in my crown in my first procedure right in the center, it did improve things slightly.
I had my first procedure with Dr. Armani in March of 2007. I started Proscar and Rogaine in October 2005, so I ahd been on the meds roughlty 18 months before my first procedure.
