Just want to say : HT is building illusions for those desperate to believe

ok i have already had 900fuht and 4300 Fue and the results:

70% less than convenient than expectations based on photos shared from etc etc . by convenient i mean, the term used by the doctors that the patient should not expect really good results .

well, i can say this, with 5000 grafts, i feel horrible and i know they probably can squeeze another 5000
from there and still they wouldn t be able to get me back to norwood 3 or 4.

By the way , i would say i am norwood 5 heading to 6 if i hadn’t had the procedures done to me.

i look in the forum , see pics in clinics website and there s a big difference from what i c and what’s sitting there on the top of my head.

and i know i’m dragging myself down the slaughter house because i cant stop , otherwise my transplant would be more visible.

so what’s goin on? they give you hope but in reality they make you miserable and dependent on them
they charge you a lot of money for yet a far from a sophisticated technology

Very interesting post. Good to hear from you. How long out from your last procedure are you? I saw your journal but there is no update after a few weeks.

I wpuld like to undertand your situation and you are not the first with these thoughts. You are realy worth listening to (and i hope that you can get a resolution!!!) but it will help to get a few more details. I see you are a Dr. A patient. Good luck!!!

are you not happy with arvinds work, are you going back to him, hope you post b4 pics, your not a repair patient? i can relate to alot of what your saying, as ive expended alot of time and money, as im a repair patient who thinks repair patients deserve a cost break, ive spent a fortune so far, which has affected my quality of life, but i realize no one gives a f__k

Now we are talking.I have been posting on hairsite for a couple of years now.Doing research and more research.This is a great example of why I haven’t gone down the HT road.The risk are to high!

Roll on HM - A big dream maybe,hopefully not!

scarred5, I saw your journal pictures, how are the beard hairs working for your strip scars? Is it worth a try?

Hey Quarterhead, sorry to hear about your disappointment. Are you results worse then my own?

its just over 7 months and yeah the beard hair did help, its not perfect but it makes it easier to camoflage my scar,i was kinda hoping to be able to comb my hair up and not be able to see the scar, but i have to keep my hair longer to be able to hide it, maybe im a slow healer since ive had so much work on my head, and hopefully it will improve, with maybe more growth, and the hairs getting thicker, remember theyre all single hair grafts, but id say for the price, it is worth doing

if you call your results worse you are wrong or i can say you didn’t see anything worse yet.belive me i,m in a worse position than you.

This is really surprising to me, 5,000 grafts did not make a difference for you? I had 6,400 grafts and it brought me from a NW4 back to a NW1 again.

Have you posted photos so people can see what you are talking about??
