The Nizoral cream helped a lot - but applying it SUCKED. So I got a script for it and some strong steroid shampoo called Clobex I have to leave on for 15 minutes (my showers last 5) but oh well. Anyway - if any of you use Nizoral cream and like it - I would suggest going to a derm and getting a script for Extina.
