The problems associated with a JURI FLAP hairline include the following:
- A visible scar in the hairline
- Hair directed backwards limiting styling options
- sharp line with no soft transition
- Abnormally blunt temporal recess making for an unnatural transition form the hairline to the temple points.
- Often the hairline symmetry is grossly awry
- A hairline density that is unnaturally too high for the overall hair loss state.
These issues were addressed in this patient using 1500 grafts derived by FUE from the nape of the neck and head.
