The patient below is from Italy. He had his procedure with Dr. Armani in Dubai in 2009. The patient had 3,500 grafts FUE in zones 1 and 2.
This was a repair job by Dr. Armani.
The patient had previous work done by an Italian Doctor for his first preocedure which did not come out well at all.

just one question-in his before pics it looks as if he has had a transplant before(his hair in front appear unnatural),was he a repair patient?

it looks like in his before pics he’s thinning all the way to the back…but in his after pics he’s got thick hair back there which he didnt receive work/grafts in. why is that?
it’s possible it could be the way the light is hitting his head while he’s got his hair buzzed.
other than that this looks great. i’m wondering how many grafts he had done the first time around that he was able to get an additional 3,500 done for a repair though?

Dr. Armani is performing procedures in Dubai June and July, he will be back in Los Angeles in August.
Amazing results looking good.
As mentioned above, this patient had a prior procedure with a different clinic before he came to the Alvi Armani. The result did not turn out well.
Dr. Armani had real concerns about this patient’s donor area and the shape it was left in from the first procedure.
I will be posting photos of his donor area before his procedure with Dr. Armani soon.

I think it’s just bad lighting, some pics especially the ones showing the top are like pitch dark on my screen, maybe that’s why you think there is hair there.

Why does every picture on hair tranplant have to be taken with the most deceptive angles and lighting.
You’d think by now these guys would have figured out to take pictures under the same lighting conditions in the same way for before & after shots.

What do you expect, it’s obvious that the after pics were taken by the patient himself, you see a couple of them were shot in his car, how can you expect good quality pics from that.

This is exactly correct. The patient himself took these after photos. He went as far as having them taken in a local studio in Italy so he could take really good photos. The ones with the white back drop were taken in a studio in his hometown.
The patient is from Italy and had to fly to Dubai for his procedure. He could not afford another trip to fly back to Dubai for follow up photos.
I retract my comment as Pat205 has provided a satisfactory explanation.
Thanks for you input ebutterg, but you are wrong. The before photos were taken after the the first procedure and before his procedure with Dr. Armani.

Hairlove asked if this guy was a repair patient before I posted that information. He could tell from the before photos that the patient had already had a procedure in the past and that the grafts looked unatural.
To the trained eye it is very easy to see that this patient in his before photos had already had a procedure prior that did not turn out so well.
His before photos were taken after his first procedure and before his Armani procedure.
I would really like to know how much he had paid for this work, do you have any idea??
I know. Also, it seems somewhat impossible to get this kind of coverage from only 3500 grafts.

Having a mediocre procedure before I had two with Dr. Armani myself, it is evident that this patient did not have a good result from a prior procedure. The transformation is amazing!
I downloaded the photos and digitally enhanced them using “Shadow Highlight”. I believe an explanation is in order as to why there is SO MUCH hair where it appears, no grafts were placed. It may just be the intensely bright lighting of the before pics + the very short hair.

What’s the problem with everyone? The very first post said loud and clear that he had previous work with an Italian doctor ! why is everybody keep asking if he had previous work or not,

I posted the post op photos so you could see exactly where the grafts were placed.
You can see from the two photo below that the patient had pretty decent density in the crown, so it is not surprising that with his hair grown out longer it became thicker.
