As far as the website, it has been updated fairly recently. The wording of the “within the decade” bit has been changed.

They no longer advertise for the study in the free paper I see in my city. Used to be in there every day.
Well, we don’t know when they made that statement. If they made that statement this month or even this year, then there is reason to celebrate. But they could have made that statement a few years ago.

No. The decade ends on 31 december, 2010. Still, there’s no way they’re getting through two phases and a marketing campaign in 18 months, even if everything goes perfectly.

That’s when the webpage was created. That doesn’t necessarily mean the information is from 07. Information could be older or newer. However, its not an active page of their website. The rest of the website was created in 2008, however some the information, such as careers and news are more recent then 2008.
They do seem to be looking for people with experience going through the FDA process.
Someone correct if I am wrong, but isn’t phase one for safety, phase two to prove effectiveness and consistency. And if phase two started wouldn’t they know by the end of the year if it worked consistently. Doesn’t mean they have a marketable product.

It means that the safety trials, which are the hardest to pass, were successful. So i agree that after phase 2 aderans will know if they have a marketable produc. In other words, if we hear about aderans announcing phase 3 trials in a year we would have something to celebrate.

Actually, they study efficacy of a drug/treatment in phase-2 - which could also include trying different formulations/methods.
In phase-III, they move ahead with the finalized formulation/method on a large number of people to demonstrate safety & efficacy. As far as I know, they don’t fine-tune the treatment in phase-III, because this is the finalized treatment/formulation as it would be marketed to the people.
So in short, if Aderans move to(announce) phase-III then you can bet your a** that the treatment is coming to the market within 2-3 years or sooner.
