I see this means that having had a hair transplant will not adversely affect the procedure. They aren’t testing specifically the efficacy when combined with a HT. They are just reassuring would-be trialists that their HT would NOT be an impediment .

ICX have said from day one that a htp will not prevent a person from having hm.As long as you have donor hair at the back of your head you can have hm
