Indian Goose berry for hair loss

The Indian Gooseberry or Amla is used in many hair tonics.

It is said that amla enriches hair growth and hair pigmentation.

When I went through the literature, I found that amla contains high amount of Vitamin C and also tannins, polyphenols, flavonoids, kaempferol, ellagic acid and gallic acid.

Looking at what amla contains, how many of you believe that the Indian goose berry or amla really helps in the treatment of hair loss.
