Reminder and please take this seriously:
Lately quite a number of patient results were posted without indicating the total # of grafts and the technique used (ie: FUE, BHT, STRIP etc). In order for your result to be archived in our database, it is very important that you include these basic information in each and every single patient result in the SUBJECT LINE of your post.
If the SUBJECT LINE cannot accommodate all the info, then put that in the first paragraph of your post.
There will be no exception. Effective immediately, doctors will NOT get credit for their work if the above information is not included in the SUBJECT line or the first paragraph of the originating post.
NO EXCEPTION and NO RETROACTIVE ADJUSTMENT.
