Hello all, I need some help choosing right supplements for DHT blockers and which will help start promoting new hair growth and stop hair loss. Right now I am using Rogaine foam and Natures Plus Ultra hair daily 2. Please give me inputs how to start and what are good ones to take .

Keep your supplement regime simple AM and PM.
Keep your expectations real - hormonal balance will slow hairloss and control hairloss. Hormonal Balanace can be achieved via Saw Palmetto and Pygeum.
Shampoos / Topicals will promote regrowth.

I think its a matter of trial an error with topicals - give a rogaine a go with the Piroctone Olamine shampoo.
The modes of action you should be looking for are a topical that address:
- immune response
- bloodflow
- inflammation

I’ve been using topical progesterone cream from GNC for about 2.5 months now after reading about member Debris and his regimen.
As Debris said…progesterone cream has worked better than anything else he’s tried and I appear to be having the same good results. I also take saw palmetto. I apply progesterone cream every night and leave on over night. I tried Nogaine (aka Rogaine) and found it useless.
GNC sells a 2 oz. jar of progesterone cream for about $12.
