I have emailed Aderans (ARI) about Gho\'s patent coincidence

» » oh, Leonard thinks my email is childish. No surprising, as we know
» Leonard
» » is another Gho cheerleader.

With regard to “cheerleader”:
I’m a (free of charge) cheerleader of EVERYONE who is able to replace traditional hair transplants - EVERYONE!!

And “everyone” means, that this could be e.g. Aderans, Histogen, Follica, HSI (Dr. Gho) AND even Mr. Osama Bin Laden - if he could be able to accomplish HM, Hair Cloning - or whatever you call it. :expressionless:

HAHAHA, but I am not any “Spanish Dude”.
I am Spanish Dude at Hairsite, HM forum, and I am sure Washenik knows me.
A different thing is that he is going to reply to my email, of course.

The fact that both patents are with the same dates is a really interesting question, don’t you think? independently of my “arguments with JB”.

If Gho and ARI are competing, how do you explain that they have synchronized their patents? Is this sychronization agreed upon, or is it in fact the result of the competition between both?

» I don’t believe in Gho at all, and I think your email is childish. Do you

» hairsite. Not to mention how accusing and sensitive the questions you have
» asked are.

@Spanish Dude, I appreciate your findings (same dates) - really. :ok:

I’ve been aware of both patents (Gho’s/Aderans’) since a while but I didn’t noticed the same dates - so it seems I’m not as good in “reading between the lines” as I actually thought. :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyway, what do you expect, Spanish Dude? The truth?
Does it make any sense (or change) to know the truth???

I mean, to know the truth, could - eventually - make things just more complicated for the entire HM industry, as WE, who hope for a “real baldness cure”, actually NOT wish to see in this field - IMHO.

So WHO is interested to know the truth?
Nobody? Fine.

“Washenik is not going to take time out of his day to settle an argument between “james bond” and “spanish Dude” from hairsite.”

HAHAHA!!! That’s the funniest thing I’ve read all week! Thanks, Johnny84!

Fatal, you used to be a great forum member. But you are now just a shadow of it.
Don’t let your baldness destroy you.

If I were patenting and another guy patented the same procedure or whatever the same day as me I would be very interested in knowing about it.

Wouldn’t you? Do you think they file patents for the fun of it or in order to make money? Do you know what a patent is for?

Here are some answers by Dr. Ken Washenik, Aderans Research Institute (ARI):

Do you anticipate a nasty courtroom battle over the patent issues?

Dr. Washenik: People often say a patent is only an invitation to the courtroom. There will be arguments no matter who comes out with hair multiplication first. But I think it will eventually take care of itself. Right now I am not aware of anyone slowing down his research because of the anticipation of a courtroom battle. Also, the court may view the existing patents as so similar and so general that they will not be useful. If existing patents worked, we would have had hair multiplication available many years ago already. There are bound to be some secrets that maintain the inductive potential of the cells. I don’t envision the possibility of a nasty courtroom battle among the different groups. I envision there will be different versions of HM. There might be arguments, but I don’t think it will keep the technology from coming out to patients.

So similar and “so general”?

Exactly that has been the reason, WHY their specific and “Dr.Gho-patent-related” and “much more advanced patent claims” failed in MANY of their claims within their patent - at least, everybody can READ that stuff in the “written opinion of the international searching authority” (PCT) - see PDF:
2879_file9.pdf

But why so many lacking claims?
Oh, I could tell you a lot about that …

As Dr. Washenik mentioned, THEIR (ARI’s) patent is definitely “not useful”. But Dr. Gho’s patent, just “failed” in 2 or 3 minor patent claims, in fact, it is valid in its all other (important) claims.

@Spanish Dude: Do YOU really expect a “useful” respond by Dr. Washenik/Aderans?

Sorry Iron_Man, I don’t understand well your point, and I am not going to complicate myself.
You think Gho’s patent is useful, and ARI’s is not useful, ok, no problem.

I think the Gho patent is so general that I think it won’t be useful.
Oviously, ARI’s patent is more specific and sophisticated, but anyway, it seems it doesn’t work, because it seems the current trials have nothing to do with plucked hairs.

If Washenik replies to my email or not, I don’t know, but even the lack of reply is something useful for me.

@Spanish Dude - Just a simple question:

Do you understand the content of this document (pdf below)?
» “written opinion of the international searching authority” (PCT) - see PDF:
» 2879_file9.pdf

IF not, of course, I’m going to try to explain in detail the most important points (claims) - at least, the context.

BTW - Did you noticed in this Aderans-related document (pdf above) the very often mentioned name/researcher “Gho” and WHY the authority (PTC) very often mentioned him? :surprised:

» BTW - Did you noticed in this Aderans-related document (pdf above) the

Within the pic below, you can find the reason and TRUTH - although the pic is just intended to be a “comic-like” pic:
»

So somebody can accept this or not. If not, this does not change clear FACTS.

FACT #2:

» » Nevertheless, ARI intends to continue working to become
» the

» therapies for hair loss.

» Dr. Ken Washenik, May 2004:

The International Search Authority also thinks Gho’s patent is worse than ARI’s.
Here are the reports for both.
Iron_Man is an evil man, who repeatedly mislead people on purpose, publishing only half of the story.
Here are both sides of the story:

ISR for Gho’s patent:

Spanish Dude, is it possible, that you are a little bit stupid?

Seems you are NOT able to understand very simple things correctly.

Anyway, THANKS for highlighting the truth, which YOU do not understand
correctly!

This guy is really funny - unbelievably … :rotfl:

P.S: It seems Spanish Dude do not even understand, what the term “NONE” or “YES” or “NO” means in this regard.

Spanish Dude teaching the user FatalEvolution (see posts above):

Fatal, you used to be a great forum member. But you are now just a shadow of it.
Don’t let your baldness destroy you.

It seems, baldness makes a little bit stupid too …

Instead of continuously repeating that SpanishDude is incapable of understanding these simple documents… why dont you tell us how you understand it… you’re criticism such as “baldness makes you stupid” isn’t really very constructive… please go ahead and explain to us how you feel that the words “NONE”, “NO” and “YES” are meant to be understood in this context…

Why don’t you go to a patent lawyer?
There you have to pay for his time and “explanations”. :surprised:

So why should I take the time to make explanations to just one single stupid guy who starts (sick) topics like “I have emailed Aderans (ARI) about Gho’s patent coincidence” or topics like “To all the idiots who still believe in Gho” or seems to email each and every hair cloning doc or company out there stupid questions, but believes in forum users like “WeWillWin” and seems to be unable to understand the difference between 2 different products (e.g. Intercytex products) and seems to be unable to understand 2 different patents and blames every other forum member, who do not share his option?

Because he is “THE Spanish Dude from HairSite” ???

The “explanation” above is “free of charge”.

lol to me that proves you are simply talking out of your ass… sorry man… you really have no idea what you are talking about do you? haha you make a statement calling people stupid and stuff… and when you are asked to explain why… you tell us to ask a patent lawyer? hahaaha… way to discredit yourself… absolutely ingenious.

This board software is a horror. I just posted something and it seems everything went into to the cyber space after “OK - Submit” … :frowning:

Anyway, at least the last point of that post …

The whole topic - since it’s beginning - sounds like for me as follows:
“I’ve seen that the dog of my neighbour pissed into the garden of the neighbour next to my neighbour.”

The action by my neighbours dog is very interesting and useful for me - isn’t it? :expressionless:
And now replace the “I” with “Spanish Dude”.

p.s. If somebody is just to LAZY to read and to understand the details within the posts above, where you already can find “the truth”, sorry, this isn’t my ride, because this topic is Spanish Dude’s ride …
