I emailed Intercytex today - Done!

I sent the following email to Intercytex today, they usually answer, but they might just point me towards their FAQ web page.Lets hope we get some answers.

Thanks to everyone who gave their advise on what to ask.

Dear Sir/Mad’am

I been following your Hair Regeneration ICX-TRC Product over the last few years.I initially did try to get on the trials.

I know that you are more or likely busy most of the time.I would be obliged if you could answer a few questions I’ve got. These questions are related to your Preliminary Report of the 18th March, regarding trial 2.

1.My greatest concern is the lack of photos and or statistics, and updated percentages.

2.Is it necessary, further the pre-stimulation,for increasing the efficancy of ICX-TRC procedure,to add substances that suppress inhibitor factors or stimulate growth factors (as wnt, other types of cell).

3.How important is the pre-existent scalp condion? In other terms,is it important the presence of resident hairs? in other terms does ICX-TRC procedure work better as a rejuvenator.

4.Is ICX-TRC’s launch still planned for 2010.

5.In case of no partner to finance trial 3,will Intercytex abandon the project.

6.What about the small scale commercialization planned for 2008/2009? no more?

I thank you in advance, your answers are much appreciated.

Yours Sincerely

Thanks for removing my questions.

please, someone else has the integrity to send them??

How about emailing yourself?

I kept questions to a minimum, due to not wanting to sound to much like an extreme hairloss nutcase.

I emailed them in the past several times, and always the same basic reply: “wait for more data, come back in 1 year, etc. we still don’t know…”

not very useful…

I’ve had emails answered by them in the past,as well. One was very informative and one was just a short note pointing to their FAQ web page.

I’m not really expecting much of a reply, but who knows we might get lucky!

Sorry I never mentioned photos, that you mentioned.

ok, nevermind, I think you did the right thing.
You could not be 100% inquisitive, because you are in close contact with them, trying to enter the clinical trials, and you must be nice to them.

By the way, I think you always mentioned that in spite your efforts to enter the clinical trials, ICX always rejected you one way or another. Am I right?

I don’t think I am going to email them, also because their replies are normally confidential, and the contents cannot be published. I know people come here and publish them, but this is wrong.

I did try to get on trials, but quite glad I never, didn’t really fancy idea of scar and tattoo dots.I think over time I’ve become more settled about my hairloss.Saying that I’d still like a bit more up front.

I wouldn’t use the word rejected,I never actually got any further than receiving Patient Information, etc, followed by me phoning giving my name and number, then confirming it,by phoning every now and again,to really just ask questions - it all amounted to a big nothing.

Yes they do put a bit at bottom of their emails about not publishing it.

Anyway lets wait and see - who knows,if they get a few more emails they may update thier FAQ web page.

Thanks Baldie42…I (and Im sure I can speak for the rest of the forum) really appreciate your work on this and your previous calls and e-mails…hopefully they answer you with some specific answers and put our minds a little at ease…Thanks again … Bob

BALDIE, someone in the italian forum, I belong to, received answer from Intercytex to an email. Nothing more than we already know. Intercytex says no earlier 2010 for ICX-TRC.
good luck for your answer.
