Yeh you’re absolutely right. But you have to admit that you will think twice before purchasing a hair loss product, or investing in a so-called hair loss cure that comes out of China.

Granted they are the world’s leading traders, but that’s mainly due to poor labor, poor wages, unregulated industries and work ethics, and an immensely large polulation. It’s hard to say “everyone” is so and so or “everything” is so-and-so when generalizing, but in this case it is “highly” likely that their products are cheap and unreliable, their food is on the “danger” list for many years, and their health care practices (ie Hair Loss products) have been, to my eyes up to date, sc_a_ms so far. I used to think it was India, but I read China was the number one country in counterfitting ALMOST everything, which ironiccaly will boost their sales and simultaneously hurt the legitemate buinesses in US, Canada, Italy, germany, Swiss, UK, etc.
Don’t you remember the news where it came to light where it cost Nike only PENNIES to make sneakers?? Slavery?

What does the price of sneaker production have to do with anything? And how is it slavery? There’s something called the purchasing power parity. Just because Chinese laborers don’t receive equivalent compensation in dollars doesn’t mean they’re necessarily “slaves.” In fact, they depend on this currency discrepancy for their very livelihood. Should some international forum mandate that every human laborer be paid equally, there would be no reason for companies to manufacture goods in China. And instead of a job with a decent enough salary where they can support their families, they would have no job at all.

What are you talking about man? Iron_Man left for a consultation with a Chinese hair transplant surgeon and we’ve never heard from him again. I told him the clinic’s name “Cha Cha Cha Chia” just didn’t sound right to me. So now I’m posting MISSING signs everywhere.

not a fan of rev… but i found his comment quite good… people sit back and bitch about how shtty china is while 90% of their crap is proceed there and marks a fundamental reason why we are even able to afford all this stuff that we have…
also i just came back from the DPG (german physics conference in regensburg) and you’d be surprised how much research is coming from china these days… there were a sh
tton of invited speakers from china doing bleeding edge research… every year chinese universities release 100000 new engineers… whoever believes that R&D in china is at third-world standard is really terribly misinformed…

I wasn’t bytchin… you should learn how to use words before you use them in the first place. And there’s always two sides to a coin. It is a bleeding fact that China’s products are always on the danger list worldwide year after year!- not only in USA… this sin’t coming out of my mouth, it starts with he FDA first. Do the research yourself, seems like you’re somewhere in the research field anyway. Does China have great products and great research teams? You’d be a fool to say otherwise. But the majority rules. And the ruling is their likelyhood of having sca_m companies and shytt products is very high.

China has a population of 1.3 billion people.
If you have an exceptional mind, and you are one in a million in China, there are 1300 people just like you.

I don’t know anything about research in physics. I’m in medicine. And there hasn’t been a single medical innovation from China that I can recall, which has really caused a ripple internationally.
I’m not saying China won’t slowly catch up in that respect, but as of now, medical and pharmaceutical R&D in China is in its infancy.

Minds have nothing to do with it if your country doesn’t have a robust infrastructure for medical and pharmaceutical research.

Personally I think it’s a sc@m. Despite the fact they definetly are a “shady” country in many ways, they’re also a up n’ coming power in the world. Also the Asian culture is very fasinating and it would be a fun place to check out (not necassarily China though). There women are sexy too. You guys remeber the Sienfeild episode where George gets the “the cure” from China? lol If it was reall we would have most likely already gotten it here in in the US or at least seen it in the news. Sigh… Wish it was true though. This whole thing is kinda frickin depressing.
