HSI (Dr. Gho) is searching two clients for a new TV program

» i disagree, specially considering that if HM is marketed any time soon, it
» would cost a bomb regardless of how complex the procedure is and yet all of
» us are interested in such news…
»
» If someone comes up with prove that Gho’s technique is legit… i’d be the
» first to pay good money for the treatment.

If you want to pay $100,000 for roughly 1/3 your original hair volume than be my guest. As for myself, I would rather give someone like Histogen $5000 to achieve similar results. I can think of much better ways to spend the remaining $95,000.

Furthermore, HM does not necessarily have to cost a “bomb” upon its introduction. Treatments like Histogen, for example, eliminate the most expensive component of the hair restoration process - trained labor. Gho’s process, on the other hand, compounds labor costs because his extraction process is more intensive.

My old neighbor used to say that “even stupid people know how to spend money”; that sentiment runs through my mind everytime I visit the HT section, or ponder the full ramifications of Gho’s technique.

Truth.

@Rev – I’m not sure anymore, if this amount ($5000) came straight from Dr. Gail Naughton’s mouth. I could swear that she mentioned this amount anywhere, but unfortunately I can’t find the source anymore.

Do you know WHERE she mentioned this, or was this just a wet dream (rumor) by any forum users?

Oops, just found it again …

This part I found interesting too:

page 8 /37

Maybe THAT’s the reason, why Dr. Gho send high Norwood’s (6 -10) home again?

» JB: 7) Your website states that with HST, up to 35 grafts can be placed in
» a cm^2 in a single session, and up to 50 grafts can be placed in a cm^2
» when a second session is performed. Does this mean HST results in a maximum
» of 50 hairs per cm^2 or do the grafts contain more than one hair per graft.
» If the latter, then what is the maximum hairs per cm^2 achievable in HST?
»
» Dr. Gho, 2005: We believe that a natural density is more important
» than a high density. However, you are right. To create a high density , it
» is possible to implant 50 grafts per cm 2 Because between 2 to 4 hairs will
» grow per graft, the maximal density which can be achieved will be around
» 150cm 2. Of course, in the hairline we will not place these grafts which
» contain 2 to 4 hairs because this creates a unnatural aspect.

By the way – You guys remember Gho’s eyebrow-client Bridget Maasland ?

VIDEO #1: Procedure in full and (in the meanwhile) in 3 languages (English and German subtitles too):

VIDEO #2: Interview with Bridget Maasland (after the procedure, and she is talking about her HST procedure too):

Anyway, I just did a small calculation about Bridget’s eyebrow density:

~0.5 cm eyebrow height/width, multiplied with ~6 cm length = ~3 cm^2 per eyebrow

Dr. Gho implanted 150 HST grafts per eyebrow (~375 single hairs). This means, that Dr. Gho performed a density of 50 HST grafts per cm^2 - within just 1 procedure!

In fact, this confirms 3 essential things:

1) Dr. Gho is, of course, able to perform 50 HST grafts per cm^2 within just one single procedure;

2) ALL (vertically transected) HST-grafts survive – on BOTH sides (+same diameter etc)!

3) Dr. Gho’s OWN performance skills (performance/procedure video with Bridget);

This means, all in all, that with HST you can get every acceptable DENSITY as you wish (of course in 1 single procedure as well, as explained above), and that you never run out of sufficient donor reserves for more procedures, in case you need them. So HST is just all about EXPECTATIONS, TIME & MONEY.

BTW - Besides Bridget Maasland or Gerard Joling, yet, through the TV magazin, we have 2 more satisfied Gho clients - this time 2 completely normal people out of the mass, with completely same RESULTS.
