It such a BS that everyone talks about Cancer & Aids. Most of the people get AIDS because of their sexual lifestyle not because of their genetic predisposition. Same applies to STDs!
Even the chances for cancer can be reduced significantly by adopting a healthy lifestyle (regular exercise & balanced diet).
and lets be honest its not that we are asking that the cancer, aids etc researchers be taken of off their current work and assigned to cure baldness. This will never happen. There are many scientists, each with their own preference for stuff they want to work on. It just so happens that usually the ones that are really into baldness cure are themselves bald. To all other people, the bald people are just a fact of life that they are perfectly comfortable in seeing walking on the street and reminding those bald people of AIDS, cancer etc in case he/she complains - thats the way its been since ages! Ironically, people do change their tune when the baldness hits them.
