We won’t name the doctor, but when the patient came to us with a fully depleted and scarred scalp and beard area, we asked him what did the previous doctor said on review.

The patient says no its ok if results are less because ( and here is the marketing catch) the doctor had convinced him that only 50% to 60% of the transplanted hair grow and he was happy.
Lower the expectations of pt drastically and then perform … that seems to be the new marketing mantra. Scary.
