Help! Nizoral Cream Users

Hey,

I’ve been reading this board for awhile, but this is my first post… I just have question for the people that use nizoral cream. I just got my shipment yesterday, but how often should i be using this stuff? Once a day? Twice a day? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I used it once per day before bedtime for about two months
expect a shed and thinning, i got this and it freaked me out so i stopped
the thinning grew back in about 2 months but i will start back on it because of that
