not taking that myself however

been on some of the best nutritional supplements out there specifically geared towards healthy hair, for years

they help, yes, but unless they specifically address DHT , or you are doing something topically to address it, the supplements have limited usefulness and
life as far as being effective, they do help slow the loss many times

i was on them for years and still am, but after 20 yrs on supplments in 1999, i had done nothing to address my DHT, and my supplements eventually were overcome by my huge DHT accumulation and i started losing hair by the handfulls
out of desperation i started Saw Palmetto and gradually added more natural internals that affected DHT

that helped immensely in stopping the progresssion of the balding , but regrowth was mostly thickening in thinning areas

when i found a topical that works for me…the nizoral cream, I am finally getting regrowth on my bald spot in the crown

internal supplements are helpful especially in the early stages of thinning, but they need to be combined with many other internals and topicals to help combat balding, hair loss is not a simple problem, and not easy to fix

I largely agree with this; I would add the right balance of essential oils to your green supplements.

I believe Hogan suggested this supplement. What happened to him? He hasn’t posted for awhile. Maybe he overdosed on it. I recall him saying he just poured out a handful of this stuff and ate it.
