Its a very good result Dr. Ruby. Looks natural too.
What kind of density was used and is he going to have
another procedure done?

Yes, he is planning for a further procedure. Given the skin hair color characteristics, and the extensive hairloss, the transplant focussed more on coverage and naturalness then density.
Grafts were placed at a moderate density of 40 to 50 grafts per sq cm with a further lowering in the last few rows of the transplant.

Is it a strip or FUE? What is FUHT?

Out of interest, would you have been comfortable to add another 1500-2000 grafts using FUE / FUSE as part of the same session to give complete coverage?

Personally, I would have preferred to add another 1500 scalp grafts by FUSE and another 2000 beard FUSE grafts and another 1000 robust body hair and complete most areas in one go. We have followed this option in some patients before.
Its best to go for less number of transplants with more hair per transplant.
But, the patient’s choice, has to be given due consideration.

Dr. A
