Hangin ( considerable decrease in hairloss with ur diet

#1

after 2 months use there is considerable decrease but still every 5 days the difference is visble , meaning that i can c spots getting emptier. i told u there r small tiny hairs on the forhead and close to the hairline. do u think they will stay like that or will they grow. i mean they r not easily visible , have to get very close to the mirror in order to c them.
and if they stay like that they’re useless . cause they’re really tiny?
did u have sth like that?

we each have different diets and genetics, and we each respond to regimens in different ways

I only wish that we all could get our hair back
as to your tiny hairs, your guess is as good as mine, however

my hair has consistently gotten better over the last 10 yrs and it does not happen in a few months, patience is the key

I am happy to just maintain what I have

If you are seeing less hair loss that is certainly a good thing, but regrowth, takes a long time, and it may never happen, I have never claimed my regimen will regrow guys hair, but in my case i was losing like 300 hairs per day, and it decreased to about 15 hairs per day, so there is no way I would not see a visible thickening of my hair when i was losing thousands of hairs a month more than normal and now those hairs grew back in normally

best of luck to you and keep your fingers crossed and keep experimenting, if something works keep it, you might ask some guys on the topicals board if they have any suggestions

your two months is a very very short time to make a judgement though, just be happy the fallout stopped

my regimen took 6 to 12 months to really start showing me visible regrowth, but it has continued

What dietary changes have you made?

I used his routine too… i thought i actually had decent results, but it was due to a thickening shampoo…

stick to the stanard stuff like propecia and rogaine… also try the laser comb…

I’m glad to see the laser comb in your regiment. I have one too but I rarely use it. I just got lazy. How do you feel it’s working and should I make sure I stick with it.

I too am seeing some hairs in the front regrow but I’m coming off a major shed in January. At that time I was using nothing!!! Now you can see by signature that I’m using everything. But I’m still shedding at least 20 good looking healthy hairs a day.

I hope all this will pay off. I still have about 4 months to go according to how you guys say that no real opinions should be made before at least 6 months.

thanks

the best thing you can do, in my opinion, is take propecia…it’s literally a wonder drug for hair…i would say the best think you can do is keep the hair that you have, and propecia will do that… laser comb is somethign that should be used with that treatment in my opinion… you’re hair will look healtier…

thanks for the response. I’m not taking propecia because I’m taking dutas. Do you think I should do both?

Also, I grabbed some Nizorel shampoo at the store but it is only 1%, should I send off for 2%?

thanks

try the nizoral cream instead
it has keto but it does NOT HAVE HCL, hydrochloric acid, which the shampoo does have, it is much less harsh
