The Hair Science Institute may continue to advertise its products increase.

Four companies specializing in hair transplantation had a complaint against the advertisements of Hair Science Institute Gerard Joling as the face of the company. De Reclame Code Commissie noemde de klacht ongegrond. The Advertising Code Commission said the complaint is unfounded.
The companies Trans Hair, Laser Surgery, Hair Plus Medical Care Prohairclinic and complained about the fact that Hair Science Institute announced with scientific evidence about the method used her generation, but then did not. According to them, because there is no scientific evidence.
But the Commission found that the HSI method is fundamentally different than the traditional method of its plantation. In a scientific journal was written about by saying that the hair actually increases.

Iron Man, can you explain to me the significance of these articles, not sure if I’m a complete idiot or I just don’t understand his procedure. What I want to know is if Dr. Gho’s technique is really working and is there enough sufficient evidence to back his claims? i.e Does all the donor hair really grow back, how much yield does he get in the recipient site? Are all of these questions accounted for? Is this something we should all be excited about?

Hey Spanish Dude whats up? I think you should apologize  cause i was right all the feffin time with Minoxil and Ari you stupid blatant douchebag.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA this is the best day ever, know everybody knows that you are in fact a retard, but hey your picture is semi cool, cause you had to alter a whole picture, cause you are not creative in finding good pic like iron man who only puts text in and its funny.

Your picture is only embarrasing cause you work so hard and failed so miserably like ARI and HISTOGEN to speak in your voice

I won you stupid HATER

In short:

The commission found out and confirmed, that Dr. Coen Gho’s HST procedure/product (Hairstemcell Transpantation) WORKS as claimed in reportages, magazines, TV, website, studies etc.:

That means, Dr. Gho is the WINNER of a dispute between him (HSI) and some (focking) hair transplant clinics (more accurate IDIOTS).

» The commission found out and confirmed
and who is the commision? May I read the written oppinion of that commision?

I agree with you on this. Bverotti and company are idiots.

Translation Dutch/English:

HSI wins lawsuit at Reclame Code Commissie!

On 15 July 2010, the Hair Science Institute (HSI) could at the Reclame Code Commissie (RCC) successfully defend a lawsuit by some hair transplant clinics due to false statements made by HSI. This lawsuit was the newest episode of a continuing series of efforts of these clinics to discredit HSI.

Reason for the lawsuit against HSI were the made claims by HSI of “hair multiplication” as a result of HSI’s patented Hairstemcell Transplantation® (HST), and for the hair multiplication claims exists no evidence. The applicants were:

• Transhair BV
• Aesthetic Team BV
• Laser Surgery
• Prohairclinic
• Hairplus Medical Care

After a fair hearing of all affected parties and experts, the Commission finally came to the conclusion, that HSI has just made plausible statements and judged therefore the lawsuit for unfounded.
The further claim, the popular Dutchman Gerard Joling has HSI “linked to his name” was dismissed by the Commission as irrelevant. In the attached PDF file, you can view the official decision of the Reclame Code Commissie.

This decision was truly no surprise for HSI and its clients. However, for HSI it is gratifying to see, that now the Reclame Code Commissie too has confirmed, that Hairstemcell Transplantation@ (HST) and its resulting unique statement of “hair multiplication” is fully justified.

We hope you enjoy reading!

All in all - what does this mean?

Hair Multiplication has already become REALITY!

… nothing more, nothing less. :expressionless:

Here is rassmans view on this. I have seen a number of attempts at this over 15 years ago and none were truly successful. Gho was cutting follicles coronally some years ago and has now changed orientation. I would take a reality check on this and balance desire with reason. I only wish it were that simple on every level. I have also seen gho’s previous work and was not impressed.

Who is interested in Dr. Rassman’s view on this?

Rassman is just a well-known focking as’hole in discrediting each and every competitor in this field, who’s not named “Rassman” – as for instance:

http://www.baldingblog.com/2006/02/02/woods-technique-and-fue/

BTW – Did you take a closer look at the Readers Comments to your linked article as well? No? There you’ll find NO RESPONSE by Rassman to some specific comments …

And what do you mean with the term “coronally” ??

In truth, I am not a fan of Rassman and agree that he is quite a self promoter. I have seen the earlier work by Gho as mentioned prior to him reopening his clinic. This was four or five years back and his reputation went from bad to worse since he was making similar claims at that time which became transparently unsubstantiated.Coronally means cross section rather than along the axis.

I appreciate your that you and others have an ongoing slanging match which is fun but please to not use words like “as’hole” in posts to me as it is a immature and I am only interested in discussion.

Why? The whole HT and HM field should know what’s REALLY going on in this lawsuit against Dr. Gho!

I just tried to read the Dutch PDF file …
http://www.hasci.com/uploads/downloads/412d4233-e877-4ba4-bc0d-912d493706aa2010-8-12.UitspraakRCC.pdf

… and YES, it is indeed interesting, and therefore I tried to translate some of the most important parts,
as for EXAMPLE:

Dutch/English translation:

In a letter, dated 3 May 2010, the plaintiffs pointed out, that the advertiser has claimed to have treated 2,000 people, but that “the last study” of the advertiser is “based on five people only”. In addition, the plaintiffs submitted a text by Dr. Ray Woods, where he is criticizing Dr. Gho’s method/work.

Dated 3 May 2010? A text by Dr. Ray Woods? Which “text”??

Let me look …

posted by Dr. Woods, Australia, 1 May 2010, 23:54:
http://www.hairsite.com/hair-loss/forum_entry-id-67067-page-1-category-2-order-last_answer.html

Yeah, I already could smell a fat RAT month ago …

That means, they just made a copy from Dr. Woods BS comments about Dr. Gho in his “follicle extraction monitoring thread” und submitted this text to the commission!

BTW - Would you like to know the response by the commission and experts to Woods “text”?
