Some claim it enhances the penetration of products like Rogaine and that it improves blood flow to the scalp and hair follicle. I suggested a dermaroller should be considered with Acell, but it fell on deaf ears.

I read a discussion about it posted on another similar forum, a few tried this with Rogaine, but probably too early before conclusive results posted.
What is also interessing, it’s the difference of depth they reach:
Dermarollers use four needle lengths to choose from 0.25 length to 0.5 length, whereas lipoxidil instrument works at depths of 0.13 mm
Today I bought a derma roller from amazon.com. It costs $69 + $7 shipping = 53€.
I will use minoxidil and maybe I will give a try to garlic as explained in all natural forum.

What percentage of minoxidil do you plan on using?
What size of dermaroller did you buy? 2.5mm, 5mm?
In theory, anyone thinks this will work? Thanks.
I bought the 0.5mm.
I think the minox I used some years ago was 2% (thought not really sure. Maybe it was 4%).
