I wanted to know for those of you on DHT blockers, what part of your scalp did you notice filling in first?? My temples are filling in with more colored vellous hairs but my widows peak crown and vertex are definately thinner than when I started, a lot thinner. To the point where I am wondering if I should go off the meds. I am not sheding a lot, just normally. I dont see how it could be working on my temples and not on my crown/vertex/front.

you should be on the high power hair vitamins and mins though, just to boost your growth

I do post on the womens forum, but not many women on there take DHT inhibitors, and if they are taking them it has only beena few months. That is why I asked here. Answers would be greatly appreciated.

Not only is everyone’s hair different but the hair on the side of your own head is different from the hair on the top of your own head. Dr, Mary Sawaya herself told me this. That aside, I think that you should continue using DHT inhibitors, or better still, a pure antiandrogen. Vitamins are not going to give you what you want - much fuller hair on the top of your head.

well regardless man woman you can benefit greatly by the super hair vitamins and minerals
the dht inhibitors I do not see how they can do any harm, the saw Palmetto is what I started with, 320mcg standardized, its in my sig
also pygeum, nettles and beta sitosterol but be careful betas sis is very powerful try a very low dosage
i cannot stress enough though, the Maxi hair and chelated minerals, also you might want to try separately Horsetail and MSM, do a bit research on them, they are both in the Maxi hair but not in high amounts

» who else on this site is taking maxi hair?
make a post and ask
i pound it into guys and girls to take a mega hair vitamin and mostly i get a lot of…my diet is sufficient already…or , I take zinc…etc etc
before i added natural dht blockers in 1999, i was on ONLY VITAMINS AND MINERALS for 20 years, thats the only method I knew that would help me, I may have been lacking in information but it taught me that the vitamins and minerals are EXTREMELY helpful in growth rates, hair strength, and hair health etc
in the early stages of loss you can get a lot of regrowth just with the vitamins, and lessen your fallout too
but if you do not address DHT , eventually the DHT accumulation will overcome any benefit your vitamins give you and your hair will fall out in gobs
I got much more response from the dht blockers and niz cream than I ever got with the vitamins but I will never stop the vitamins, I notice a quick deterioration in my hair, if I stop them, even though I still take DHT BLockers
I have not seen many guys report back that they do not like the results with the vitamins

Good for you, most people find it more difficult to regrow the temples. For me it’s the crown and vertex that I see a difference, I had tried everything and my temples rarely show any results.

Hairloss in America is not the result of vitamin difficiancy. Perhaps it is down in the phillipines but not here in America
» Hanging, good results (regrowth) with niz cream in the end? Once a day?
He claimed amazing results initially, then the following month said he started shedding and made claims that it made things worse…then later he said it worked again, even though he ran out and never refilled.
I personally have seen only a couple photos from people that have good results with keto cream, and have seen more negative reviews than positive. At best it should be used as an adjunct to any treatment, not standalone. I used it myself for 6 months with no results. Only one guy on this site, gc1961, has shown photograhic evidence of positive results. However he has a custom concoction containing keto, among other things. He also used Spiro and had a hair transplant so its difficult to gauge his success from keto alone.

the crown, not much happened but , i do believe hair follicles die, at some point, I could be wrong on this
