» » did you use the Nizoral Shampoo 2 percent or 1 percent
» » how do you use it and how often.
» » Is this what you used>? If you look at this link it shows Nizoral

» » what was your other regimen while you felt you had good results with

» I used Nizoral 2% (from UK or Canada) at the same time as using
» Finasteride, Arimidex and Minoxidil. I used to use Nizoral3x a week and

» IMHO this is a good core base. It hits most of the bad hormones and has

» Other things I would add to the base include;

» + Balanced ALA/LA (I use fish oil and blackcurrant oil)
» + Arganine (I use NO2 from GNC) - NO and IGF are important and Arg and/or
» + Spiro cream
» + Nettles (impacts SHBG, which I believe is a negative but this is a
» + Grape seed extract and/or apple pectin (possibly with Forskolin)
» + Resveratrol (with Quercitin) or Myricin
» That’s about it!
I am confused if you use all these topically or internally, for example nettles I already take, you use that topically?, same with grape seed extract etc
How long do you leave topicals on, I have always had a negative reaction when i used them before so took it off after like an hour or 20 mins even
