I used Nizoral 2% (from UK or Canada) at the same time as using Finasteride, Arimidex and Minoxidil. I used to use Nizoral3x a week and leave it in for 10 mins. Now I used a home made topical containing Ketoconazole; this allows me to only use a natural shampoo (I do have some sympathy with the those thinking shampoos are bad - but this isn’t the answer to MPB).
IMHO this is a good core base. It hits most of the bad hormones and has the unknown (but proven) value of Minox.
Other things I would add to the base include;
A good hair multi-vit
Supplemental vit D, vit E (Succinate) and vit C
Vit D is actually a hormone and has its own cell receptors in hair, it
also block enzymatic production of DHT inside the hair cells
Balanced ALA/LA (I use fish oil and blackcurrant oil)
Arganine (I use NO2 from GNC) - NO and IGF are important and Arg and/or OAK
help.
Spiro cream
Nettles (impacts SHBG, which I believe is a negative but this is a complex
area)
Grape seed extract and/or apple pectin (possibly with Forskolin)

» That’s about it!
I am confused if you use all these topically or internally, for example nettles I already take, you use that topically?, same with grape seed extract etc
How long do you leave topicals on, I have always had a negative reaction when i used them before so took it off after like an hour or 20 mins even
