FUE donor video after 4500 grafts - Prohairclinic

Please read this before looking at the video.

This patient, NW6 on the scale came to us in 2007 and 2008, 3000+1500 grafts or a total of 4500 grafts where used to restore the top scalp.
The video shows the patient right before commencing his third session in december 2009, donor area shaved to zero. We transplanted another 2500 grafts in a single day session to restore his crown.

The rashes in his neck area have nothing to do with the transplantation, it is likely some form of psorias.

At Prohairclinic we use manual extraction only, using instruments 0.7-0.8 mm. This ensures that up to 4 hair grafts can be extracted and at the same time limit the donor scarring to an absolute minimum.

looks very good.

how do you explaint that it looks that well? is it because of the skin type, or the patient’s healing in general?

looks good, the “rashes” are distracting imo if that’s what that is. i’d be interested in seeing a regular donor area so there is no guess work on “is this from the FUE or something else”

Remember, he was a full blown nw6 type patient and 4500 grafts where used to cover zone 1+2, leaving the crown open.

now that looks like a really good result, however this one doesnt show the donor area after 4500 grafts per the title of the tread :slight_smile:

he should have a great result end of next year if not sooner though.
