I posted the same post, because you did not answer the question:

I am just wondering where you got the notion that 500 mg. of Pygeum was
helpful for hair loss
?

» » » this supplement puts Hangin’s anti-dht regimen to shame :stuck_out_tongue:

»
» Hangin’,you come to this board, and state this and that is not “decent” or
» “adequate.”
»
» When was it decided that 500 mg. of pygeum is more effective for hair loss
» sufferers? And if, as you imply, it is dose dependent, then why not just
» take 1000 mg., and get even better results.
»
» With DHT blockers, it is all a dangerous guessing game.

The point I’d make about the smaller amounts is that there’s more than just the couple of ingreds someone like Hangin’ uses. There are other “anti-dht” ingredients and/or those having some connection to prostate and or hair health. Including Swedish Flower Pollen .
