Foods that benefit hair

Hey everyone, let’s keep updating this post and make a list of foods that benefit hair.

walnuts
almonds
salmon
avocados
seaweed
cheddar cheese
yogurt
granola
eggs
sunflower seeds
peanut butter
almond butter
black beans, any kind of bean
soybeans
wheat germ

Stop spamming and piss off you balding scum!

much of what he posted is true

just buy those foods, or hair supplements wherever you want, ignore his link

I’m not sure about peanut butter and walnuts as these tend to give me oily skin. and that pretty much translates to DHT.

healthy diet is important, though in my opinion it’s more about healthy intestines and lowering your expectations rather then thinking well this food will give me back nw1

all in all he’s here just to promote his scam book

having survived and severely slowed down my MPB for 20 yrs with just vitamins and minerals alone, I can testify that they make a huge difference in hair health

regrowth not necessarily, but more so in the first few years, but if you are not on a super hair vitamin , you would be surprised what it can do for your hair, i would never stop taking mine

but, it is difficult to get the nutrition you need for thinning hair, in your diet

Biotin for example, I take 2000mcg per day, try getting that in your diet
very difficult

You should add some books to your diet. You’re severely deprived of an education.

The world’s full of burger eating, body-building, masturbating, chain-smoking drunks with full heads of hair. Maybe regimens work for SOME people, or maybe you’re just balding slowly, and maybe just maybe your little regimen is a farce.

.

tsk tsk havent found anything to even stop your balding have you? :rotfl:

one day if you get some manners perhaps i will educate you , until then , happy shedding

Let’s see some surrogate markers, or some dramatic before and after pictures of your regime in action.

before and after pics…lets see some of yours? anyone who demands pics but yet wont post any…doesnt have the balls to post any…has no credibility

as for my regimen, search the natural archives for personal testiminials of guys who are using it and it has helped them

i can say anything i want, means nothing
what counts is guys trying the regimen and reporting back

if you know how to use the search function, try it
if not i will teach you. i know you are a bit slow

as for your assertion that there are millions of chain smoking bad diet guys with thick hair in the world , very true

they do not have genetic MPB either so that statement is irrelevant

I can find you millions of people who do not have to take insulin every day either…so then why do diabetics have to take it? Because they have diabetes .

So your statement would be akin to someone saying, hey why do diabetics have to take insulin , i can find you millions of healthy people walking the earth that do just fine without taking insulin…Yes thats true, but they dont have diabetes so that is comparing apples and oranges

same with saying you can find millions of guys eating bad diets who do not have to take supplements or watch their diets and they have great hair…they dont have MPB so the same rules dont apply to them

educate yourself moron

I’m not the one making claims, or accusing people of being “bald cry babies” for not using my regime. YOU ARE. You talk big, but where’s the proof? Where’s your credibility?

i could not care less if people try my regimen…if you are on ANY REGIMEN that helps you, good for you…
if guys cant find anything that stops their baldness at least even maintain what they have…sometimes they try mine…sometimes it works, sometimes it does not

you are not making claims . wisely, because you have nothing to make claims about…you have no regimen

next question

Yeah, I have another question.
Nice about-face disclaimer; why isn’t it mentioned in your signature?

my signature simply lists my regimen, learn to read

it makes no claims of a guarantee

if you think ANY regimen works on everyone, you need to, as I said before
educate yourself

no regimen or product is a cure for hair loss, if there was, it would be a miracle, that company would be billionaires…

there is no cure for baldness, there is no cure for hair loss

if you are lucky, you can either slow yours down, or stop it in its tracks, then if you are really lucky you find a regimen that can get you regrowth

then if you are super lucky your regimen stops your baldness and it does not get worse. This is extremely difficult to find

i would say the success rate for my regimen is maybe 50 percent, half get successs half see ZERO results, some guys have no response to natural dht blockers, why is a mystery

learn a little bit about hair loss

perhaps if you were not so closed minded, you would be able to stop your balding…natural remedies are not the cure all but they do have a big benefit to a lot of guys. But not to those who refuse to even consider the possibility

Who cares what you have to say? You spend 59minutes of every hour picking on people, and the remaining minute wondering why nobody cares.

.

i have lots of guys who seek my advice on the natural board…

has anyone ever asked for your advice on any board?

:lol2:

From a post by “perry:”

"Maybe I spelled it wrong. Limbido/libido…whatever. I’ve seen it spelled both ways.

No I am serious. I’m not the only one who had negative side effects on DHT blockers either. I started taking supplements like pygeum, nettle, beta sisterol, saw palmetto. I tried low doses and I tried lower doses. I omitted beta sis. I still had side effects. I tried them for up to a month, until I could take the fatigue anymore. I tried eating natural souces of DHT blockers like peanuts. Eventually I had the same side effects. DHT blockers just don’t work well with my body. I’m sensitive to powerful supplements so I’m not blaming it all on DHT blockers. If they work well for other people, great, but they’re not something I care to use internally."

From a post by “orrible:”

"I followed hangins regime after spending time on this forum in early 2005 and reading how naturals didnt give you side effects etc. I took beta sisterol, saw palmetoo & green tea extract in combination. After only 2 weeks i had developed gyne. I stopped the hairloss tabs and took anti estrogens but it didnt resolve. In the end i had surgery. I just thought i would post as i havent visited this forum in awhile and i would have appreciated learning about this before my disaster with naturals.

My link is below. If anybody takes the time to read through it you may see me refered to as stonecold. That was my old username on that forum, but i modified it to orrible to correspond with my hairloss forum username.

gynecomastia. org /smf / index.php/topic,3770.0.html"

There are those at regrowth.com that had an experience similar to Perry’s, including lost of short-term memory. And one of the most respected posters at that forum, ImmortalHair, dropped beta sitosterol from his regimen.
