it depends on the drug/treatment…just like fat injections don’t need to go through phase trials…because they pose no harm. Same way Valveta doesn’t pose potential threat so it wasn’t restricted to go through all trials. There has been confusion about TRC though - anyone knows if TRC is required to go through phase-III??
