PS: Surgeries affecting the vertex always create a big challenge for the physician, due to difficulties in finding the correct placement and exit angle of the implanted grafts. Nevertheless, if correctly executed, vertex hair transplantation produces an important change in the patient’s look, mostly from the lateral point of view, as shown in the photo below.
