» This patient came to see Dr. Hasson in October, 2007. 4200 grafts were
» placed in one session to restore the hairline and the top of the scalp. His
» hair characteristics are obviously wavy with a slightly above average hair
» shaft diameter (coarse). He started on Propecia a few months before the
» procedure during his initial consultation.

do have a graft placement pic to show where exactly the grafts were placed?
» » OK you made a general statement about hair transplant but what about
» this
» » very result that we are discussing here? You think this is deceiving? To
» me
» » it is pretty damn good, almost too good to be true.
»
» OK, I started to watch the video, and stopped as soon as I saw the before
» shot.
»
» Of course you can make a guy with that much hair left look good.
»
» When I had my transplants done, I still had some of my own hair left on
» top, and my transplants looked like they helped a lot.
»
» But every year year, year after year, whatever was left of the
» non-transplanted hair on my scalp fell out.
»
» Until within 5 years I was in serious trouble again.
»
» If HT doctors want to prove something, let them show what they can do for
» a patient who’s a norwood 5 or 6, as the fellow in this video will likely
» be after a few more years of hairloss.
You will also notice that almost all the docs show the before pics almost shaved so that there is as little hair as possible
then the after pics are with long flowing hair, giving the illusion that there is a LOT of hair after the transplant,
why not show before pics shaved, after pics shaved
» Look Huckleberry, Hangin’ did not ask a question. He stated his opinion,
» of which, I certainly believe he is entitled, however unreasonable.
»
» From everything that I have read and seen, one could reasonably expect
» this kind of result from 4200 grafts “to restore [just] the hairline and
» the top of the scalp.”
»
» And as someone stated earlier, the Propecia is, no doubt, having a
» positive effect.
LOL anyone who dares to disagree with The Natural is named Huckleberry (in other words they are a dumbass for daring to disagree)

He was near bald before, I don’t think it would make that much difference taking the before pics with long hair or short hair, I don;t think he could grow much with what he had on top.

Not true- If his before pic were longer (there is a lot of hair on top) Then it would be more fair comparison. Again longer hair covers more so the effect will be a fuller looking head of hair. This is an old trick. Been around this business since 1986 so I have seen a lot. Wet or damp before pics and freshly shampooed afters is another one. Lighting is another factor. You know -etc, etc…

Did you see the before photo? He had no hair in zone 1 and 2 before.
