I don’t know, I was asking, I don’t see anyone talk about this in the forum.

Conceptually I would love to see this technology work. Back in 2004 I was working at John Cole’s clinic and we tried to come up with the same device.

A way of performing FUE efficiently and sucking each graft into a collection container. We had the concept but did not have the where with all to make it.

Then Neograft comes along and I was astounded by the technology and their design.

However, I have yet to see any definitive cases performed by the Neograft auto-FUE machine. Hopefully we will soon.

I also know hairtech and he also worked on my head, I can also confirm that he is very skilled, knoledable and overall a fun guy…and i actually like him from the years we worked togather for Cole.
But you have to ask yourself why does he goes to every one of Cole’s posts and successfuly manipulate and turn the discussion to be about him or the great clinic he works for…
Well, at least the bashing and the campaign against Cole has been moderated

You haven’t seen any? What about the ones done by Dr. Bauman?

cp,

I only saw the video of the extraction process. I have not seen his results but I will look!

Forhair,

Thank you for your complements!

I am curious, why did he leave Dr. Cole for Dr. Shapiro?

Long story… But I did not leave Dr. Cole to go directly to Dr. Shapiro.

Hairtech wouldn’t tell you nothing about the machine, he would be out of work if he endorses a machine that can replace what he does.

If there was a machine that could do exactly what a skilled hand can do (in FUE) and provide results in hair restoration, then I would be certainly inclined to endorse the device.

I do not care about financial gain or feel threatened if a new device comes along and does a beter job than the physicians I work with.

However I do feel comfortably in saying that most of the clinics (not all) that “sponsor” this site (and other sites) do in fact worry about the advancement of hair restoration technology (in fue) that is not derived from their own clinic.

The non-sharing of technology bothers me and many people!

And you have been around enough to know this yourself Mr. Frodo.:expressionless:

» I am curious, why did he leave Dr. Cole for Dr. Shapiro?

He didn’t leave Cole for Shapiro, he left Cole for Harris and then from Harris to Shapiro, all happened in a relatively shortly period of time, he probably had 3 different employers in 3 years.

I stayed with Cole for MANY years… Since 2003… then I left and went to Dr. Harris.

I worked for Dr. Harris for a year. Then Harris and I had a hiccup…

So I ended up at Dr. Ron and Paul Shapiro’s office.

I am pretty sure that in most professions, people switch employers… look for a better opportunity for their family or their financial security. Apparently, most folks want to be happy… I am sure that most people want to find a job that they want to wake up every day and “want” to go to work.

Well I found this… And I had to switch employers to get here. And even though I had a hiccup at Dr. Harris’s clinic, we are still colleagues. I still respect his procedures, and I believe he his a top notch FUE clinic.

I have been here in Minneapolis for 18 months and have absolutely no problems… I made the right decision to come here. :stuck_out_tongue: And this is life.

Would you recommend Cole based on your experience and working together those many years? Just started looking for someone in the Atlanta area for a HT consultation.
