I have completed over 18 days after the 5310 graft FUHT procedure with Dr.Arvind. I am pretty impressed with Dr Arvind Poswal & his professional team. The scabs have come off after 12 days and donar area is healing off well. The pain experienced was minimal and was concentrated on the donar area. My hair has started falling off from last 2 days which I think is quite normal.
I’d like to share my progress with you folks. Mine was a NW6 and hence could not cover the crown area. I’ve been loosing hair since 7 years.
Thank you folks
I will keep you posted on my progress.By the way, do you know when would the sutures fall off typically? My sutures in the middle has fallen off. But the ones on the sides still exist. Iam 19 days post op now.I haven’t have lost much hair too. Will it continue to fall or would remain since I have passed 19 days?

I consider FUE as not the total replacement for FUHT. With extensive research in net, I realized that FUHT has proven great and better results than FUE.But this is my personal opinion though…I just go with what I feel right;-)

Hi Ramky,
I am curious why you feel that way. It’s just a donor harvesting technique. Theoretically, there shouldn’t be that much of a difference.

But just in the last few weeks we have had wildly differing opinions from Dr. Feller, BHR prohair clinic Dr. Arvind and forhair! My surprise is the continued differing opinion between clinics regarding scalp FUE.
Forhair, prohair clinic (bevotti) and Dr.A are adament that FUE can achieve the same numbers as strip wheras
Dr. Feller BHR are just as certain that FUE is more limited.
I know FUE is just another donor harvesting technique. I agree there shouldn’t be that much of a difference. But my opinion comes from the fact that I did extensive research over net and I always felt that FUHT yielded better results. Well …i’m not a doctor to comment on this. It could also be my perception.
Folks …i have also updated with a pre-op video of my procedure. This was taken just before my procedure was done.

Looks like it could be a great result, keep us posted.
I have been following the routines of washing the scalp area with baby shampoo with distilled water. Fresh Aloe vera consumed internally. Apply Aleo Vera juice whenever possible(not regular). Started pinching exercise in the donar area to reduce the suture line. There is still a small suture piece clinging on the left side of the crown. The hair shedding has not started yet

He replied mine within 2 days. He is busy and the last time I contacted the clinic they had a 4 month waiting list. But I figure that the best clinics will have the longest waitlist because everyone wants to go there. For a thing as longlasting and visible as a ht, its better to wait your turn.
Maybe, you can share your pictures here on another thread and many doctors and posters will be able to respond? Apologies in advance if you have already done that.
