It’s not a well respected organization, same with ISHRS, pay as you go kind of hair transplant club, most in the club don’t even know how to do fue even though they claim they do.

Dr. Woods and his sister are the best for fue and they don’t waste time with these organizations either.
My first procedure was done by a surgeon who was a member of this organization. He is based in southern california, and I was completely disatisfied with the outcome of the procedure. Having another procedure with Dr. Armani, who is not a member of this organization provided me with great results and a new hope for my hair loss. That directly tells me that IAHRS is not a reputable group.
