Would it be wise to use Neosporin on the RECIPIENT area immediately post-op? Or would this hinder the yield rate. I think this could possible speed up healing and limit the redness.
What do you guys think? Has anyone tried this?

It should prevent infection for sure but who knows if there are ingredients in Neosporin that can affect grafts yield. What makes you think of using Neosporin btw?
It won’t do a thing to help the redness, it’s a waste.

I wouldn’t recommend this without the go ahead from your doctor.
