I am also confused as to why some people respond so well, while others show ZERO results to topicals or internals. It might have a lot to do with the condition of the scalp itself. Hair loss isnt just hair falling out, the structure of the skin itself changes and there might lie the answer as to why some people never respond. It could be that some peoples hair fall out (for whatever reason, genetics, bad diet, stress) without damaging the scalp tissue itself and they show great responce to treatments, while others have hair loss AND damage to their scalp skin.

BINGO!

My view is that you have to get your scalp in good condition (lower inflammation ) before ( and during ) going down the topical route.

Ive actually held back on using my own topical for this reason. When I feel my scalp is VERY healthy and inflammation is minimal I will proceed with my topical.
