The old patent he’d filed is from May 5th on the bibliogrphaic date with the WORLD INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ORGANIZATION.
This one is from the European Patent office from January.
Ive not read, and it looks like one of those awful adobe documents that you have to page scroll to read, so reading it would be a doozy. If I get time in the next week I might scan to look for differences in the Experimental examples (where they show what they are really doing).
