I think that site has degenerated into the McDonald’s of hair loss forums. There’s no natural filtering mechanism of common sense on there, and you have ridiculous ideas from two-bit hucksters being given the same attention as real research by legitimate scientists. Every time a rumour surfaces anywhere on the internet about a so-called “cure”, no matter how shady the sources, it gets a run of “serious” attention there.
