no, no, no, I think it’s the hairstyle, it looks odd!

not impressed. I agree somethign weird about the design.

That is an excellent hairline. Its a non balding hairline with perfect framing. The hair behind the transplant seems to be thinning though.

It doesn’t look natural to me, it’s almost as if he moved a big chunk of hair to the front and left behind a huge gap between the front and the crown.

Dear Hair101,
Bharat did in fact move a large number of grafts to the front to create a NW 1 hairline.
This is his first stage HT and he plans to transplant the crown top areas in the next stage.
Could he have done both areas in one go? Yes. By a combination of FUHT and FUSE grafts from scalp and FUSE grafts from beard.

But he chose to go in this way.

Could he have settled for a mature hairline with more grafts left for the vertex crown area? Yes.
But that would have meant

  1. going for a hairline he did not like and that would not be the final hairline,
  2. lowering the hairline at a future ht will mean more downtime. With future sessions now having to focus only on crown, the previously transplanted hair growth can easily cover the scabs of the 2nd ht.

Yea he got good yield for sure but this is not a flattering hairdo for him, it looks like he has one of those hair flaps done, it’s not bad but just not the best I have seen from Dr. A,

Theres no accounting for taste. You think the density is so high it looks like a flap. I’d settle for such density when I get my hairline done.
He can always go for transplants behind the current one. Its the hairline shape that impressed me.

he needs temple hair
