In his next session, we extracted almost all hair from below the jawline as per patient request. Also the goatee/french beard area was not thinned as patient wants to retain option of growing that part of the beard.

Many doctors are using 1.2mm to 1.4 mm punches, leaving large scars and calling it fue. That is unfair to the patient.
Also, doctors run out of safe scalp donor and then start using donor hair from the unsafe areas of scalp.
I feel for patients with larger bald areas, beard donor should be used instead of unsafe scalp donor.
