a daily multivitamin and extra vitamin C (probably just a glass of orange juice)…and make sure the house is very clean, etc. I’d be on it for perhaps 10-12 days, then off. Its oft-used for psoriasis for longer periods at first before topicals are used internally, so Im not on unchartered territory here. If I felt myself getting a cold or something, obviously I’d get off it, etc.
Solid organ transplant patients have to use cyclo for the rest of their lives at dosages much higher than you are using. Although it is not desireable to have a compromised immune system, I don’t think that it is all that dangerous. I would not recommend cyclo for hair loss only because it has never been shown to work well or consistently. It is not worth the risk, IMHO.

The time of the year could also play a part in when you choose to do this! It is winter and therefore cold season! A lot of it going about at the moment! Be careful and good luck with it!
