Ummmmmm… No, not a ‘Baldness Cure’, they have a made a discovery about hair loss and from that they are saying that they hope they might have a baldness cure in 10 years - which is even more wishy washy than the usual ‘within 5 years’ - which is like the “Moore’s Law” of hair loss 
Actually I think a lot of exciting things are going on now and I am more optimistic than I have ever been - but let’s not make this into something it isn’t.

Such a behaviour by media is not new: They over-hype something what’s -from a scientifc point of view- completely ridiculous and worthless; all in all, this study is actually a shame. Besides, the study is partly in contradiction with other histological studies on human scalps.
btw, from Cots study - “Pennsylvania Department of Health (which specifically disclaims responsibility for any analyses, interpretations, or conclusions)”
Seems at least one Health Department (among all others) has to balls (in writing) to dissociate themself from this study - just in case “for any occurring discrepancies”. Seems they already could smell it …
