Thanks Iron-Man, this is great news. But im starting to get impatient, I wish clinical trials would be quick

Let’s see what we have:

Article #1 - Excerpt - “The project, which ran from 2005 to 2009, was supported with 1.3 million euros by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.”

According to these data, it seems these guys were pretty fast in accomplishing something, with what many other scientists out there struggle until today. The idea itself (an artificial skin/hair model for individual purposes) is basically NOT ‘novel’ on our planet; several similar approaches have been successfully made during the past few years - for instance:

And I’m pretty sure, there’re lots of other research groups/biotech companies out there, who’re working on the same subject (e.g. Follica, L’Oréal etc). But as already mentioned, the idea itself (an artificial skin + hair model for individual purposes) is basically NOT ‘novel’:

As you can see, the well-known hair researcher Prof. Ralf PAUS (et al) …

… patented already in 2002 (internationally) such a ‘skin/hair equivalent’. So, the here (thread) discussed ‘breakthrough’, is basically NOT ‘novel’ – at least in its theory. BUT what’s really NEW, that these German researchers have been indeed the first researchers, who successfully accomplished such a WORKING skin PLUS hair equivalent. THAT’s the good news! And according to their speed of their work, I would estimate, they could indeed have ‘something’ for baldies (enough hair grafts from the artificial skin) in about 3 – 4 years on the market – IF everything (and without any patent quarrels) works well in Germany …

On the other hand, the question is, whether baldies need such type of approach (skin/hair model) in the coming years.

Thats true but its always good to have some alternatives

I hear ya… i wish the ACell + PRP was more widely offered… so I could have that done to bridge the time until some more permanent treatments arrive.

Tzzzz iam only pissed because at first i never believed in such things man i could have made a sh_itload of money DAMN IT

what do you mean by believed in “such things”?

simply believing that hair bearing skin can be artificially generated is not sufficient to make a shïtload of money. You need the know how, the intellect and the scientific facilities to actually do it. So don’t bum yourself out too much… i doubt you have any of those.

Ahh nice an insult at the end, classy as usual

What i mean is " I Underestimated the Impact of effin Cell engineering like everybody else".

Or would you ever believed that something like Histogen would work, come on everybody was laughing in the 90s at sci-fi movies with those cell engineering things.

I was even laughing at Jason X when i first saw this movie in a cinema, when those little nanbots were actually rebuilding him.

And look at the world now, our generation 25 and up will actually benefit from those things in their prime

yea… I couldnt agree more… in fact, as I just achieved my masters degree in physics a few months ago, I am trying to maneuver my way into the field of biotechnology or at least biophysics… because i think that the upcoming events in the field of molecular biology and regenerative medicine are going to yield breath taking advancements in our near future… and I gives me greater personal satisfaction working on a cure for aids/hiv/cancer/balding (you name it) as opposed to improving the efficiency grade of an Indium-Nitrate laser or whatever… so if anyone knows any phD openings in the field of biotechnology or biophysics in europe, please let me know  I was even thinking of applying to Hendrick Dietz - the professor who worked on this hair bearing skin - who is the head professor for biophysics at the TU München. Problem is… i really dont want to live in Münich and my knowledge of chemistry/bio is quite limited.

Late for cancer: Rick Simpson’s cure Cancer cure with Vitamin B17 and many others (over 15 cures).

balding. Yes please. No cure in sight.

This the shamefully lowest thing besides holocaust denial you ever posted in a forum.

I Shake my head in embarassement.

HIV is relatively impossible to cure cause the virus changes its structure all the time. And to cure cancer is relatively easy when you get your annual cancer check up it all depends on early recognition.

Man why am i even trying to speak to you

I told you to behave but obviously you can’t.

This is a hairloss forum and not a forum about holocaust propaganda.

hehe… its interesting how this forum is full of nutcases and conspiracy theorists who think they’ve got the world all figured out… its funny and sad at the same time… mostly sad tho

It is disgusting to see how sheeple can’t learn the truth about anything and believe anything the media tells them. It is the HOmer Simpson syndrome that most people suffer.

Keep wathcing tv so the media owners can continue manipulating you.
But whatever you do don’t watch any of the videos that I have posted. They are not for you cause you are sheeple.

I actually had a phase where i looked into the “HIV myth” topic. However my conclusion was that it is fairly ridiculous… for example in most videos and documents, skeptics criticize that the HI retro virus has never been visualized and only portrayed … but recently it was actually visualized with the help of an SEM (scanning electron microscope)

http://www.omgbrowse.org/fall09/omg-09/Retro/HIV.html

The scientific community overwhelmingly agrees that aids is caused by the HI virus. Which also explains why the outbreak of aids responds so nicely to anti-retroviral treatment. Furthermore, you obviously do not have a scientific background as then you would know that the academic community is not very heretically organized. Suppressing such information would be impossible even with the strongest special interest groups… It would be like the oil industry trying to spread doubt in peoples minds about global warming, while 95% of the scientific community agree that it is happening. Only the mentally challenged individual like yourself wld believe the in myth conspiracies.

Why don’t you see the videos I posted where there is a medicine nobel prize winner and recognized virologists and then tell me what you think?

I have a degree in chemistry and I know how science is at the service of money (recent example the global warming thing).

So you masters think that an artificial hair bearing skin causes AIDS, what finally results in global warming?
