Ari cell base research 2010

» At least they’ve passed the stage of working on Mice it’s actually being

I take it you are refering to singapore as the 3rd wold country? one of the worlds leading financial centres and the most globalised country in the world. Get your elitist head out of your ass and realise that important things happen outside of the US or the uS as you call it. America is a great country and there are other great countries out there also. You have no right to come on here and bash other nations simply because they are not America. Its ignorant and disrespectful.

I agree to you 100% rev.

I understand that the treated area is still thin compared to nonbalding areas, but does each individual hair feel terminal and strong? Or are all the new hairs thin and weak relative to a hair on the back of your head for example?

Thanks for posting here!

thanks for the post thomas.
I wanted to ask this question for a while, how long is the Hair after 9 months? (mm, cm, or is it super long)
Thnaks in advance.

when i go in for my scheduled photos, the researchers shave the area so that it’s easier to count the hairs. so 6 weeks is the longest period i’ve have. remember this is hair at the top and rear of my head, so it’s not easy to count or measure individual hair strands. sure friends and family know but we don’t have conversations or view-ins about it.

my guess would be it would continue to grow if i didn’t have it cut. since that area is shaved and has 5 tatoos, i generally wear a cap all the time because i don’t shave the rest of my head.

i don’t see why this technology wouldn’t work on eyebrows. the bigger question is whether the hair can behave or look unruly. bosley already offers ht for eyebrows.

but Thomas, each time they shave your hair to take photos, have you tried to look at the area using 2 mirrors (one hand mirror and a wall mirror)? What do you see around the tatoos?
-Do you see a gain of number of hairs?
-are the new hairs of good caliber, well pigmented, with correct directions?

I am most grateful for your response, Thomas Tank. Any insight on the matter does mean great deal to me, especially coming from a person who has some first hand experience with this treatment. I shall hope they eventually perfect this to look more cosmetically natural for other forms of hair loss.

Thank you, very much.

thomas thanx for sharing mate. I want to ask you a couple of things as well

  1. do you know the trial desingn. case series or randomized. Meaning, is there a placebo goup in these trials. People who do not receive actual injections of the therapy while others are?Or everyone undergoes therapy like in case series trials

  2. do you know at which trial phase you are in A or B or is it combined?

Phase IIA is specifically designed to assess dosing requirements (how much drug should be given).
Phase IIB is specifically designed to study efficacy (how well the drug works at the prescribed dose(s)).

  1. Have you seen or talked with other people who participate in the trials?

  2. How did you got in?You did ot for the money or you were desperate about hair as most of us? you sound a bit dissapointed or uncaring about this whole thing i dont know if i am right :frowning:

yes, i have looked in the mirror before they shave my scalp. the hair looks quite normal(appears in correct direction) i had dreams wondering if it would look like corn stalks (straight up and in tight bunches) good caliber/well pigmented difficult to really judge because it’s not dense. i can say it’s not very fine or very light color. looks normal just not thick the way you would like to see it. with more experience, maybe they will be able to fine tune the technique. at least it doesn’t have the mega hair plugs look of the past.

» yes, i have looked in the mirror before they shave my scalp. the hair

I think its better to take a look after they shave your scalp. You will perfectly see each individual hair.

have you seen any difference between the 5 test areas? which area got the most regrowth?

I just spoke to another one of the trial centers and here is what I found out:

  1. There are no placebos. Everyone gets a real treatment.

» » 1. in my case there are 5 tatoos, one was left untouched for
» comparison.
» 2. their focus was on the angle of the syringe and the depth of

This is getting interesting. Do you think the angle of the syringe was carefully selected to be the same as the angle of the hair in the area?
If this is the case, this smells like neogenesis. Rejuvenation wouldn’t need any special angles for the injections.
