Anything to add besides propecia/minox/nizoral?

I have been using the big 3 (propecia/minox/nizoral) for many years, it has been good to me but lately I am starting to lose grounds along the front, what should I add? I am not greedy I just want to keep what I have.

You can try Saw Palmetto, it is a natural DHT blocker, it may help along side the Propecia.

Also, I recommend a hair vitamin that has Biotin in it. Keeping your existing hairs thick and helathy will help.
