This is from the post about a guy named ‘R’ talking about Follica that bald latino posted:

They are starting phase-I and according to Histogen’s own website it won’t be available before 2012.

Note: Pretty much everything (treatment, theories etc etc) about hairloss has been beaten to death on this board… PLEASE try the search feature before creating new one-liner threads!
