I went to a trichologist, who said I have diffuse thining (started from taking depoprovera). My hair is getting really bad now and is falling out in the anagen stage and telogen stage. I was given some tablets to strengthen my hair roots and told to stop taking spiractin and stay on the androur, she said the doctor should not have prescribed me both. She said the shedding at the moment is from the Androcur, has anyone else had this problem when the started taking the tablet. It seems odd that it is suppose to stop the hair loss and has made it a lot worse. I have been on it now for 3 months. I am a female and the hair loss has been for 2 years.
