I think its banned in the USA due to the danger of infection.

Is it legal in India? Or are there no laws that govern its usage yet?

It should be ban every where.

I think there would be more clinic of biofiber in India,because in 2005 i visited one more clinic in Punjab (India),and they were offering biofiber
Rs 80/fiber.

there are lot more…i have actually seen a guy in person with biofibres on his head who also had an infection!!
