Can someone please explain what exactly happens when a patient goes through shockloss? Are the transplanted hairs in jeopardy permanently or is it just the initial effect, etc??
Thanks for the support. I appreciate all the kind words. Like you, I knew Dr. Armani was the best in the field to handle to FUE. I didn’t experience any shock loss. I still have some growing to do as well 
haha…If I knew of a fertilizer to use I’d let you guys know. This is just a great FUE result, thankfully for me!
Leong… WOW… This is now my favorite HT result of all time… Not because it is a huge transformation, which it is… But because it looks so natural… That is the head of hair you always see standing in line next to you at the grocery store, and you are wishing that you had it… lol Thanks for sharing!!!

I did not have the hairline lowered at all. The FUE was just to thicken the exisitng hairline and behind it.

I’ve been known to critique Armani’s work (i.e. teenage hairlines), but I think 2200 grafts left enough to hopefully make it through to hair multiplication. I personally would not pack my hairline to the degree shown at such a young age, but everyone makes their own choices. All in all, I’m happy for you, and my fingers are crossed that ARI/ICX keep you in the game for the long haul.

- How did people at work/school handle it? did they even know?
- Did the doctor tell you much many more grafts you have left for future transplants?
- did you consult with other doctors before deciding on your doctor?
- Approximate costs?

As for work, nobody even noticed. I took a few weeks off to heal and when I went back nobody has said a word about something being done. I get comments frequently now about looking different and my haircut. I used to shave my head all the time so now that it is longer I get compliments.

I have pretty good density on the back of my head I was told still. Dr. Armani and I discussed possible future porcedures if need be, but when the time comes it will be dealt with.

I consulted with a few doctors but Dr. Armani stood above the rest. Him and his staff were the most professional and the results I witnessed in his office were by far the best I had seen. I did much research and realized very soon that Dr. Armani is the a leader in this field.

I don’t feel comfortable talking about costs since I do not work for the clinic. You can direct that question to Pats205 in this forum. He is a huge help from the clinic.
